What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

Where are your products manufactured?
All PAGANI DESIGN GENEVE® timepieces are manufactured in Italy, with a focus on precision, quality, and craftsmanship.
How does the 2 year warranty work?
Every PAGANI DESIGN GENEVE® watch is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, we will arrange inspection and service, including repair or replacement when appropriate.
